Alocasias thrive in bright, indirect light and prefer consistently moist (but not waterlogged) soil. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry, and reduce frequency in winter. They appreciate high humidity—mist regularly or place on a pebble tray with water. Keep temperatures between 65–75°F and away from cold drafts. Feed monthly during growing season with diluted liquid fertilizer. Repot every 1–2 years as they grow. Yellowing leaves often signal overwatering; brown tips indicate low humidity or mineral buildup in water. Wipe leaves occasionally to remove dust and keep them glossy.
